الوصف الوظيفي Relocation to Jeddah is mandatory. (For candidates outside Jeddah) The main purpose of this role is to work with clients tofulfill their recruitment needs & vacanciesby carrying out the full recruitment cycle from start to end. In addition, to support all internal recruitment effort as well. The successful candidate should be highly professional in his/her attitude, the language spoken and general business conduct. He/She should be able to deal with different stakeholders (Internal Senior Management Team, Senior Candidates and Senior Clients). A. Responsibilities A.1 Internal Recruitment: · Build & maintain relationships with universities to support internal recruitment · Build & maintain a pipeline of candidates as per internal requirements · Post jobs on recruitment platforms & other media · Source CVs as per the job requirements · Screen and evaluate potential candidates · Conduct Interviews with potential candidates · Prepare & present candidates assessments and writeups to internal hiring managers/evaluation committees A.2 External Recruitment: (Client Assignments) · Conduct client/hiring manager meetings (requirement gathering) · Post jobs on recruitment platforms & other media · Source CVs as per the job requirements · Screen and evaluate potential candidates · Conduct Interviews with potential candidates · Prepare & present candidates assessments and writeups to clients · Build & maintain strong & positive relationships with clients · Build and maintain a database of active & passive candidates A.3 General Recruitment Responsibilities & Administration: · Prepare and handle any recruitment documentation as needed · Daily update of recruitment records & tracking sheets · Constant update of recruitment sources and media · Provide guidance to junior recruiters المهارات B.1 Minimum Requirements / Must have: · Bachelor’s degree · Native Arabic speaker · Advanced English language skills (Verbal & Written) · 6 Years of hands-on recruitment experience · Experience recruiting for senior positions · Experience dealing with senior hiring managers · Good skills using recruitment platforms such as (LinkedIn & Bayt.com) B.1 Preferred Requirements (Good to have) · Master’s degree · Recruitment related certification · Experience working in more than one industry · Experience working with a Recruitment/Headhunting/Executive Search company تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-recruiter-recruitment-consultant-4378663/ |
