الوصف الوظيفي
Develop and manage the strategies, plans, and budgets as agreed with the Managing Director to achieve the organizational and financial objectives of the company.
The whole industrial production has to be managed by the plant manager.
Responsible for quality-related issues, has to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.
Collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the financial department is of much significance.
Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately
Ensure targets and objectives within each area of the business are met it is important to ensure good people management practices in line with the Company’s strategic HR policies
Ensure the execution of the monthly and yearly production plan, through monitoring machines, resources, and cost in order to meet sales plans and contribute to the company profitability
Manage the maintenance section and control expenses in order to increase machines uptime
Maintain and update material department procedures, work instructions, and forms in QMS

Steel fabrication and Siemens assembly background
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, strong team-building, and advanced coaching skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and inventory
Experience in competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
