Assists in conducting employee (middle management/supervisory level and below) assessments and other talent management initiatives while adhering to the processes and guidelines
Builds talents and supports employees in their career progression by facilitating internal mobility (vertical and horizontal)
Supports in de-risking talents by assisting in Talent Council meetings and succession plan actions
Assists in the ongoing Performance Management Cycles and processes
Conducts quality checks on submitted outcomes based on internal guidelines
Validates employee ratings and co-facilitates calibration meetings
Conducts analysis and runs reports on attrition, talent, performance, and diversity.
Determine the learning strategies required to meet the learning needs of the Business Units.
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
Help with employee compensation, benefits, and training.
المهارات
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
social Intelligence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Work full time during regular business hours.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Excellent speaking skills, as well as the ability to convey information through writing.
Sound judgment and superior decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant filed.
