Achieve Budgeted Sales, Income and expenses for assigned territory.
Manage the existing customer base and identify, create, develop new market opportunities and expand customer base sourcing of new products and principal management. Visiting customers regularly and catering to their requirements.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.
Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products. Negotiate with clients’ commercial terms, including payment terms, prices.
Ensure timely payments from the market.
Success Driven - Delivers successful results as an individual, team and company.
المهارات
8+ years sales experience in Agro Commodities (Tree nuts preferable), dairy products in Middle East region
Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownership.
Willing to extensively travel in market
Fluent is Arabic and English
Knowledgeable about sourcing, principal management.
Excellent planning, strategizing abilities, Excellent man-management skills.
Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport
Comfortable with cold calling, Detail-oriented, self starter, sticks to deadlines
Make it happen attitude, where results are ensured to be achieved regardless of all the obstacles
Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
