Key Responsibilities
The ERP Systems Change Manager will provide leadership and manage the ERP application and support teams in implementing and supporting the System(s) of the Company. This is a matrixed role and will require collaboration across business x-function teams:
Transition on-going implementation project(s) to a successful roll-out; maximizing stakeholder adoption and increased usage of new capabilities and processes.
Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact the Company.
Provide leadership and expertise for tactical and day-to-day planning of all ERP-related systems implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and sustaining support.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams for requirements definition, vendor engagement, system implementation, testing, and support.
Lead and participates in the development and implementation of technical policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain knowledge of current and future capabilities across the business applications portfolio.
Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides the company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Develop and execute training plans, coordinate training, and mentoring design and delivery to varying audience types.
Create and manage measurement of new features/processes and systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of users.
المهارات
Minimum Requirements for the role
8+ years experience with ERP information systems in a complex multi-platform environment.
Experience and expertise in project management, systems analysis, customer relations, and vendor management.
Experience and expertise with enterprise business systems applications and understanding of the needs and priorities of the business.
5+ years of end-to-end implementation experience of ERP systems in logistics/supply chain
Experience as a functional project manager on ERP implementations.
Experience with project management communications, change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management.
Strong ability to articulate the big picture with or without details and work in ambiguous situations.
Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts and make them relatable and visual.
Self-motivated individual, comfortable at working in a fast-paced environment.
Educational/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering
Master’s in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
PMP / Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
