Support Services:
Develop and maintain a database for manpower contract and ticketing to ensure each function is aligned to the department strategic objectives.
Standardize the criteria for manpower contract and maintain human capital within SANS approved budget.
Supervise with government relations team for timely processing of visas, work permit, GOSI, SANS’ certificates renewal and other related requests.
Supervise and monitor all government relation issues and ensure proper handling and communication is undergone.
Supervise and maintain the monthly invoices and insure proper payment process along with payment confirmation.
Compliance Management:
Responsible of quality assurance of Procedures and processes.
Receive complaints from end users, discuss with external and Internal parties, enforce penalties and initiate termination of contract in case of continued non-compliance based on contract agreement.
Create and Maintain the process for the section in compliance with SANS objectives
Communication and Awareness:
Inform relevant stakeholders on any changes in the government, labour law and SANS/regulations concerning employee relations.
Build and maintain good relationships with SANS leaders and employees to expedite processing related activities.
Develop and present reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) related to financial and human activities to keep the section head abreast of operations of the unit
Planning and Budgeting:
Supervise the execution of the department’s objectives, initiatives, plans, policies, and procedures.
Developing the annual budget, including Financial and Human Resources requirements for the section and SANS requirements
People Management:
Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign, and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow.
Promote a high-performance working environment embracing SANS’s values
Policies, Processes and Procedures:
Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into
account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
