Business Analytics Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Objective: To deliver value-added decision support systems and data analytics as well as manage the full data lifecycle to manage and control business operation that will provide competitive edge to business.

Deliver effective IT solutions by developing a 3-5 years BI and data management road map and a yearly action plan based on the company strategy and business requirements in collaboration with other functions.
Provide recommendations for data architecture and database strategies; and communicate data architecture concepts, strategies and standards throughout the organization.
Manage complex projects such as EDW through implementing standard project management processes, tools and methodology and ensuring good architecture, scope, resource roles and clear deliverables are identified from initial stage up to post-implementation support.
Define and document overall systems architecture according to business strategy and industry standards.
Provide the necessary training, knowledge transfer and coaching to Project Managers working with him in addition to provide training to end users.
Manage customer satisfaction in BI area by developing and deploying service level agreement promoting IT standard practices and running regular customer satisfaction surveys to improve customer IT experience in coordination with other IT functions.
Ensure full business analytics are delivered to business by developing and maintaining decision support systems.
Delivery of analytical/operational reports to fulfil Internal and external (Group) requirements of reporting.
Design data quality processes, Coordinate with cross functional team in project execution, Provide assistance to end users and resolve all queries for data extraction and generate appropriate reports.
Develop IT policies and procedures and ensure company’s data are maintained following the agreed process.
Ensure compliance with IT internal/external audits and best practices by running regular assessments including disaster recovery drills for retail and BI critical applications.
المهارات
● Understanding of Database management systems

● Advanced knowledge of BI Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Business Objects)

● Data Architecture Design and Implementation

● Bilingual (Arabic & English) English /Advanced

● Bachelor degree or Equivalent

● 8-10 years in Business Intelligence and Data Management
