الوصف الوظيفي
Provide detail written reports of all inspected products and routine facility monitoring
Responsible for maintaining Food Safety and hygiene standards as per the standards.
Record, maintain and implement all prerequisite programs, operation PRP and CCP as required by HACCP and ISO22000
To report the Non-conformance in the product, operations, and follow up to close NC with proper corrective and preventive actions. 
Participate in the implementation of all Quality Management Systems like HACCP, ISO, etc.
Responsible to maintain laboratory instruments, verify that instruments are within their calibration periods, and ensure that they are capable of measuring to the required accuracy and tolerance.
Resolve major quality and food safety problems at Tema Factory production facilities, warehouses, and suppliers as required.
Inspect any Market returns, report issues, and communicate necessary actions either for disposal or reuse.
Any other tasks assigned by QAM.

Reports:

Daily: Update product inspection reports and process control reports. Release of finished product based on the release criteria. Ensure the finished products meet quality standards such as ISO 22000 and HACCP etc. To monitor every process involved in the production of a product. Ensure all CCPs are monitored and checked as per the HACCP Plan and GMP is applied and maintained.
Monthly: Products inspection comparison monthly and yearly performance. Update on the ISO project performance. Conduct all planned activities and department objectives for the year.
Annual: External audit reports, Internal Audit reports, rejection rate reports,s, etc.

REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

+3 years

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

BS or Higher in Food processing, Food science, and technology, Chemistry, Chemical engineer, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biology and microbiology.

CERTIFICATES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Good Lab Practices (GLP)
Hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP) / ISO22000
Good manufacturing practices training.
SKILLS:

General Skills:

English (read, write, and specks) V. Good.
Work under pressure, Ethical, Flexible, Creative, Multitasking, and Teamwork. Willing to work in both day or night shifts as per schedule.

Specific Skills:

Microsoft “ Excel, word and PowerPoints.
