الوصف الوظيفي
Managing and overseeing laboratory work, growing microbial cultures, preparing media, glassware, and any related materials.
Implement and maintain a sampling monitoring plan program, following regular sampling schedules within a specific environment and collect samples from different types of environments, such as process lines, etc.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records document and record all test results.
Maintain and update all required documents as ICP, in-house records, etc…
Observing, monitoring, and identifying microorganisms of concern, and tracking of microorganisms in the process environments.
Perform analysis of all samples provided to the micro lab.
Inventory of the equipment and material used in the lab.
And any other assignments were given by the QAM.
To perform the microbiological analysis for:
Finished goods in defined frequency.
Raw materials in defined frequency.
Environment, Air and water samples, etc.  In defined frequency.
Record all test results in the LOG BOOK.
Update ICP as defined frequency.
المهارات

REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

+4 years

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

BS or higher in Microbiology, Food science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical engineer, and biology.

CERTIFICATES & QUALIFICATIONS:

ISO certificates 9001 and 22000 are preferred.
Good Lab Practices (GLP)
Hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP).
Good manufacturing practices training.
Food safety training.
Microbiological training courses.
SKILLS:

General Skills: English (read, write and specks) V. Good.
Work under pressure, Multitasking and work in a team.

Specific Skills: Microsoft “ Excel, word and PowerPoints
