الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible about raw material receiving and storing, and inventory monitoring

Receive raw material according to SOP set by operations director
(ex: inspecting received raw material quantity/quality, matching PO and receipts, data entry etc.)
Store received goods according to standard operation procedures set by operations director (FIFO, separate goods, etc.)
Inventory monitoring
Keep chiller, freezer, and dry storage clean and organized at any time, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
Keep material handling equipment neat and functional anytime
Regularly check chiller, freezer, and dry storage temperature and moisture.
Regularly monitor inventory
Enter accurate data as assigned into POS system

المهارات
3+ years of experience as a restaurant store keeper
(previous experience in restaurants chain is highly appreciated)
Ability to work on F&B;POS system
Good physical condition
Attention to details
Strong organization skills
Fair Arabic and English skills
MS knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
