الوصف الوظيفي Field: Plastic Manufacturing I. Job Summary 1. To manage the entire production activities of the plant. 2. To plan and directs through his Supervisors the production and shipment of finished goods that will satisfy customers requirements. 3. To ensure the monthly inventory of all finished goods is within the desired level. II. Job Duties Regular duties (daily/periodically) 1. Plans production activities on a monthly basis and update it on a weekly basis 2. Coordinates with Logistics department regarding status of raw materials and finished goods that is relevant on a day to day production 3. Develops and implements upon the approval of Factory Management improvements in the production standards in order to meet or exceed production target. 4. Requests or recommend to the Management purchases of equipments and other production accessories that will enhance the efficiency of production. 5. Coordinates with QA/QC Department to improve entire plant sanitation. 6. Communicates raw materials shortage with Logistics, QA/QC,and with Management. 7. Ensures compliance by production employees to company rules and regulations and recommend disciplinary action against employees who violate such rules. 8. Evaluates and measures daily production performances and consolidate results with the concern department on a weekly and or monthly basis. Duties that occur at irregular intervals but have a recurring nature 1. Assists in the proper communication of corporate objectives, policies and procedure to all Production Supervisors and rank and file employees. 2. Assists in training and recommend personnel for proper training to ensure adequate supervisory back-up 3. Recommends measures that will improve or ensure safety within the entire plant 4. Performs other related duties as maybe required by Management Level of supervision received None Level of supervision exercised Maximum III. Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities 1. Responsible for the quality and safety of the products being processed in the plant and ensures that this products are within the safety and quality standard being implemented. 2. Ensures that every employee in the plant complies with the, SSOP, HACCP and ISO SASO requirements. 3. Responsible in keeping the entire facilities clean at all times and monitors compliance to Sanitation standards 4. Maintaining records a. Establishes system for keeping of inspection, and monitoring records as well as the occurrence of problem and corrective action that resolve the problem. b. Prepares or reviews the monthly report before being submitted to the Manager. This report includes highlights of the monthly activities in the plant that covers personnel allocation, production concern, QA/QC, and Maintenance concerns. IV. Job/Person Specification A. Qualifications Education: Graduate of Engineering or any other related course Experience and Training · Preferably 5 years of work related experience in Plastic industry · Flexible and multi-tasking. · Computer literate : المهارات Tolerance for stress- must be able to maintain stable performance despite of pressure Mental Demand a. Planning and Organizing - ability to plan the work in accordance to department objectives and effectively organize his resources. b. Resourcefulness – must show resourcefulness, self-reliance in planning and implementing project details. c. Attentive to details – must be concerned with total task accomplishment through attention to all areas involved no matter how small. d. Problem Analysis, Judgement and Decision Making - must have the skill in securing relevant information in relating data from different sources and identifying possible causes of problems through observation, questioning, review of reports and other sources. Readiness to make decisions gives advice, render judgement and take action. e. Dependability – can be relied upon on accuracy of work done and on emergency situation. f. Impact - must create a good impression, commanding attention, respect and confidence. g. Professional and Interpersonal Relationship – ability to effectively and harmoniously relate to all levels in the organization, suppliers, customers without prejudice to responsibility of the position. h. Sensitivity – must be considerate for the feelings and needs of person with whom he deals or interacts. i. Oral and written communication skills – must have good command of English. C.
