الوصف الوظيفي Responsibility: 1- Drive the overall customer experience · Manage customer communication channels (phone, email, social media etc.) in a friendly yet professional manner. · Ensure monthly work plans for the operations team is delivered · Execute monthly quarterly and yearly reports that reflect operational activities in all aspects (fuel manpower equipment etc) · Work to ensure all LDSC objectives and complaints are completed in a timely manner. 2- Assign and monitors daily dispatch of resources · Coordinate with vehicle maintenance team on matters related to fleet maintenance & repairs referring to the vehicle control record filled out by the captains · Reports major shortfalls or breach of regulations to ground operations lead and operations · Coordinate with captains and crews 3- Develop route optimization plans for service delivery efficiency · Monitor daily/weekly/periodic planning KPI’s through monitoring daily dialogues between operations, planning and frontline employees 4- Manage Access, Time & Attendance (ATA) · Manage shift allocation · Validate OT and missing data 5- Comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies · Exercise due diligence towards health and safety of self and others in the organisation · Comply with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, standards received from regulatory and statutory bodies, Proactively report superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may impact employee health, safety or environment 6- Risk management · Analyses current risks and identify potential risks in the area of responsibility · Report the risk tailored to the relevant audience المهارات · Minimum of a Diploma, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering · Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES • MS Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) • Delivery Management System • RAMCO • SAP SuccessFactors • CRM Knowledge The ability to be part of a high performing, coordinated, smooth running and overachieving operations support team تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/ldsc-service-delivery-agent-4308476/ |
