ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute SAP PM02, PM03 “breakdown notifications & corrective actions” with the right quality, at the right time, and in the right manner.
Execute SAP PM01 “preventive maintenance” as planned with the right quality, time.
Achieves Zero maintenance jobs rework.
Full accountability for the pre-defined & shared ownership of area’s complying with the 5S housekeeping standards
Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations
Complies with all QA/Safety standards and procedures
Advancing from follow-up with the pending tasks to the follow through till tasks are completely done e.g. materials purchasing.
Compliant Matrix Status LMS/Capability.
Identifying area defects, non-conformities and sharing feedback accurately, timely, and FOLLOW THROUGH
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and troubleshooting
participates and proposes feedback to area officer, engineer towards creating reflective OPL’s, SOP’s, Kizen’s and RCA’s and FOLLOW THROUGH
A proper, documented, well shared, and clear handover feedback to the area officer and peers
Fill the daily log sheets accurately with detailed activities.
المهارات
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in the Food industry or any related industry.
Boiler and Chiller experience.
Excellent communication skills.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, Other Skills:
Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical, or any related field such as HVAC, Chillers …etc.
Good in English.
