The Pre-Sales Exeutive will be required to support the sales and marketing process of compnay products globally to ensure increased sales revenue.
The Pre-Sales Exeutive is responsible for supporting the sales team through the customer lifecycle, starting with Discovery all the way through to account management and Sustain.
The Pre-Sales Representative will be required to communicate with both customer and technical teams to ensure they fully comprehend the capabilities of the application and can demonstrate the features and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
To Support Sales personnel in all sales activities to increase sales revenue
To progress client interest to the next stage of the sales process
To collate market information
To carry out sales application demonstrations
Develop and maintain relationships with partners to support the sales process
المهارات
5 years’ experience as a healthcare professional within the mainstream clinical environment.
Previous experience in a comparable pre-sales role for IT Cloud solution or associate.
University graduate / Certification / Diploma / Degree in life sciences subject or equivalent healthcare professional education
Native Arabic with very good English.
Excellent presentation skills.
A strong comprehension of software & applications combined with an interested and analytical approach to IT.
A high level of skill using MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Proficient and confident in the demonstration of software applications
Experienced in customer focused sales and support.
Proven ability to lead and deliver results as required within specific time frames.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to conduct training and develop training materials
Ability to work within a team in a cross-cultural environment
Keen to learn new technologies and new applications.
Available for out of office hours work and willing to travel
