Identifying and leading analysis to support data-driven decisions about supply chain risk and vendor performance.
Creating and implementing methods to maintain visibility to and driving cross functional focus to resolve supply chain-related issues that impede meeting company goals
Developing new and reconstructing existing processes and philosophies that affect how suppliers are selected and managed.
Developing effective relationships with key suppliers that reflect both a customer and vendor perspective
Direct/participate in negotiations for major purchases or service agreements as necessary. Cooperate with other executives in coordinating expenditure programs with forecasted cash flow.
Select systems and applications to ensure robust demand planning, order fulfillment, inventory control and operations process efficiency.
