Our Client: A rapidly growing Food Production company based in Jeddah.

Your Role: The challenge for the role would be taking in-charge of the production lines in the factory along with leading the product innovation and re-innovation. Responsible for quality enhancement, develop & design basis on the client/customer’s interface and feedback. Understanding the Market, Design & Development and Disruptive Innovation. Implement and improve procedures and production to increase margins, reducing wastage in time and materials. Suggest changes in working methods and use of equipment to increase efficiency. Plan and liaise with Factory manager on production schedule and labour requirement in advance so that all materials are staged and equipment working and there is no lost time. Verify the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are being followed. Supervise and motivating the team of workers. Review worker performance and identify training needs.

المهارات
Must Have: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with majors in food science or technology. 5-10 years of Food manufacturing experience. Valid Iqama for expats in Saudi is a must. Excellent English and Arabic language would be highly preferred.
