0.1 The candidate should have the ability to:

Maintain the ideal tenant mix and manage their concerns on daily bases.
Direct daily operations of projects to maximize profits and minimize costs.
Evaluate tenant’s sales performance and customer satisfaction level.
Formulating operating policy, procedures and service standard.
Maintain food quality standard and presentation across all vendors.
Secure stock validity and controls.
Train, develop and coach existing and newly hired employees.

المهارات
0.1 Job Requirements

o More than 10 years experience in managing international chain of restaurants.

o Developed and Managed centralized kitchen of a size not less than 500 square meter.

o Managed and maintained a footprint of more than 600 square meter.

o Managed more than 10 vendors in one space such as food courts in malls.

o Managed a local or international coffee chain.

o Managed yearly budget with achieving target sales and optimizing operation cost across all levels.
