- :Duties & Responsibilities
Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve-
.the contracts department goals
Review and finalize the legal matters for all contracts and agreements prepared by the-
.company, and modify the texts to serve the interest of the company and protect it
Prepare related documents of the discharges and settlements and contracts and-
agreements and drafts with all public and private entities and ensure that they are legal
and in harmony with existing laws in order to avoid the risks and legal obligations to the
. company
Help in the preparation of contracts in coordination with the concerned parties in the -
.management and legal body with respect to legal matters and items
Save all documents and records relating to contracts and agrcements concluded for all-
. services provided to the com - pany
. Ensure that all contract documentations are filed and archived properly-
Review and update contracts and consider various labor issues and other issues related-
. to laws and regulations related to the work of the company
Assist in negotiating the finalization of Project statements and Strategic partnership -
.agreements
. Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager-
All the tasks and duties related to the contract management for the contracts made with-
the clients, joint ventures, partners and subcontractors (suppliers/vendors and subcontractors) and conduct a variety of office / administrative tasks in support of program
activities including data entry and reporting. The Contracts administrator must be capable
of independent judgement, be able to identify contractual risks issues and propose appropriate solution in accordance with company policies and direction from the Contracts
. Manager
Working under the direction of Contracts Manager to perform administration, including-
contract review, contracts negotiation and maintaining company standard contracts
sources / library. Also must have to read a high volume of contract documents to identify
contractual risks prepares Risk Memos (based on internal contract review template) for
.internal stakeholders and proposes resolution alternatives under tight time constraints
Strict Adherence to company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of-
.workplace behavior in per- forming job dutics and assignments
.Maintain total confidentiality of all matters related to Departments/Divisions-
