Primary Objectives:
The incumbent holds the responsibility of preparing, reporting and analyzing the data in order to improve overall business decisions.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
Preparation and reporting of material waste analysis.
Preparation and reporting of material variance analysis and reporting.
Review and report marketing and sales expense invoices against budgeted costs/projects
Review and record some of the major Suppliers’ invoices, verification of prices and monthly reconciliation of suppliers account.
Responsibilities:
Assist the department in monthly closing
Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly financial reporting
Collection, processing and reporting of the company monthly KPIs data
Other:
Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor.
Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
Adhere to all BCR policies and procedures.
