الوصف الوظيفي Reporting to: CEO HNAK Salary: Competitive We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketer to join HNAK.com as Head of Digital Marketing! With aggressive plans in place, the role will be responsible for implementing the existing strategies and developing newer plans to aid growth. The role currently directly reports to the CEO and is a high impact, high visibility profile across the organization. About the company: HNAK.com is an eCommerce division of the large conglomerate AL MUSBAH GROUP. Al Musbah Group is a well-established Group marked its presence in the Global Market for the last 4 decades with its diversified portfolio operating in multi countries. Primarily people know Al Musbah Group as an Airport Duty-Free Operator and the largest Manufacturer and Distributor of Perfume & Beauty Products with its KSA, UAE & India. HNAK.com is based in Saudi Arabia catering to GCC customers and having aggressive expansion plans to scale up the business. We have been growing at about 15% month on month and competing with Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Jollychic in the region & aspiring to take the KSA’s maximum e-Commerce market share. The Ideal Candidate must be; Very passionate about Marketing devised a Marketing budget for a minimum of 100 MN SAR businesses. Ecommerce Industry knowledge globally and more precisely must know the complete KSA / GCC market. Knows the Customer base, demographics, marketing trend, traffic, conversion, and how to generate ROI on each Marketing spend. Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of the Arabic language will be an added advantage. Brief Job Description: To make customer engagement with the view of making lifetime customers. Increase in traffic with the wise spending on each Marketing channel as per each Category need that results in the highest ROI. Ability to respond to the consumer (Millennials, Gen X & Gen Z) behavior online that translates into hard numbers. Enhance our Conversation rate to be at par with Industry best practices. Devise innovative ideas, themes, promotions to acquire new customers. Retain customers and enhance repeat customers with outstanding customer experience with loyalty programs, CRM, etc. Planning, developing, improving, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. We are present on iOS, Android, and Web platforms. The annual marketing budget of over USD 1 million Planning & Budgets: Creating monthly Digital Marketing Campaign and Channel plans in consultation with the Category teams Creatives & Content: Working with Creative and Content team to streamline marketing communications Channel & Campaigns: Both Paid & Organic channels: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google Shopping, Google SEM, Retargeting Team: Hands-on experience into measurable KRAs for the teams and effectively monitoring and evaluation. Team: Defining KRAs of team members with effectively measuring their performance المهارات Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute Experience: 8-12 years into Digital Marketing of which 3-5 years must be from eCommerce Industry experience with a proven track record of generating high ROI from multiple Digital Marketing Channels and Campaigns. Proficient in Web and App analytics. The ideal candidate must evidence his expertise in Marketing Budget making, details of his / her marketing spend with rationale and ROI thereof from each channel at 8 to 10 times of its spend. Ability to Lead a Team of 10-15 people. He / She must have handled multiple teams with diversified culture and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
