To manage the day to day activities of the production department, coordinate with the different departments in the factory to ensure that all tasks related to the production department are done of the best quality.
Ensure all production staff is working according to the approved policies and procedures efficiently and effectively. To assist the factory manager in the documentation and other assigned duties.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Industrial Engineering.
7 years’ experience in food manufacturing plants and production lines.
Able to plan ahead, prioritize workload, and delegate tasks.
Have the capability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and e-mail.
Strong analytical skills.
