Basic Function :
Within the mission, vision and values of Saudi Arabian National Guard-Health Affairs and the Division of Nursing Services, assists with overall
unit management and the delivery of quality nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes, acts as the unit charge nurse, provides total patient
care as required and assumes managerial role in absence of Nurse Manager. Rotates day & night shifts as indicated to meet patient care
requirements.
