Job Summary

Focus on tasks related to technical analysis, design, development and unit testing, quality assurance, system test in accordance with the IT development life cycle

Job Responsibilities

Analyses requirements, design, build and test system components or amendments
Carry out business analysis tasks to ensure that the development/change meets user requirements and expectations
Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable ongoing support of systems (Software Design Documents)
Conform to documentation, coding and quality standards as defined
Communicate with internal and external customers, supervisors and management using clear, user-friendly terminology
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills that are required
Familiar with solution implementation/management, service/operations management, etc.
Maintains close awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application for service offerings and products.
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge
Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications
Working knowledge of process development and industry-specific best practices
Ability to organize, prioritize estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines
Confidence and willingness to learn
Communication skills in English are required.
Communication skills in Arabic is desired.
Involve in solution architecture with the team

Education: Bachelor`s Degree

Field/Years of Experience :

At least 4+ Years Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
3+ years of experience broad understanding of software development life-cycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and early live support.
Broad understanding of software development life-cycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and early live support.
Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365 - deep knowledge of all core Finance & Operations concepts and processes including, Enterprise Structures, GL, AP, AR and reporting.
Excellent technical architecture skills, enabling the creation of future-proof, complex global solutions
Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Microsoft certification – MB 300 / 310 / 320 is required
Expertise in providing both out of the box and development solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams
An aim to learn and master new technologies and techniques
Knowledge on Power Automate and Power BI preferred
