Solve the problems of data entry.
Give instructions entering data properly.
Follow-up to the warehouse inventory system and its conformity with the actual.
Maintenance program of direct distributions and other sales channels.
Follow-up quantities of damaged goods and remove from the ERP system according to the instructions.
Installed all the quantities in the company ERP system in the beginning of each year.
Assignments to the branches in the event of a problem to solve.
Performs duties of unusual significance or importance to the department.
Makes recommendations in areas of expertise.
Develops program goals and plans for implementation.
Develops alternative strategies for programs based on analysis and research in an assigned specialty area.
Serves as a technical advisor and liaison with industry, community groups and/or governmental agencies.
Oversees projects of significance to the department’s operations.
Prepares special studies and reports.
Install the hardware and the software update for users.
Record and monitor all computers and systems in Company.
Provide technical support and technical assistance to users regarding computer hardware and software.
Backup of all data in the system periodically
Communication and coordination with companies associated with maintenance contracts for computers and accessories.
Provide technical support for all servers and network devices, storage unit.
Create e-mail to all users and give them permissions to use computer.
