Malls Leasing Manager

Job Purpose: 

Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and a high renewal rate in all of the Company mall’s portfolio.

Main Accountabilities: 

Responsibilities and deliverables for which this position is accountable

Attract suitable tenants to match the mall positioning and approved strategy
Recommend retail concepts and develop stacking plans for all shopping malls
Responsible for all leases under negotiation including renewals, occupancy target; market rent reviews, and development feasibilities and is also involved in major lease negotiations for Retail and Office Space
Establish work parameters (plans, budgets, targets, and resource allocations) for reporting teams by managing the skill set of these teams and to ensure that they can achieve set objectives.
Ensure all policies, procedures, and methodologies are adhered to.
Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up.
Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit-out, through to trading.
Prepare occupancy report leasing income report
Responsible for tenant mix layout
Generate quarterly reports to update the management on progress (Actual vs. Budget).

Operating Environment:

Based at HQ.
Provides significant support to the Senior Manager in decision making.

Reports to Senior Manager, Malls Leasing

Framework, Boundaries & decision making responsibility:

Supports Senior Manager, Malls Leasing. 
Assists in making key decisions
المهارات
Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Marketing, or Administration.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in leasing ∙ Auto Cad
Required Languages & Computer Skills:

Excellent verbal & written English and Arabic.
Excellent computer skills
