Ibrahim Alqurashi is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, and employ various marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve our long- and short-term organizational goals. This individual should have a successful track record of establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has significant expertise building brand awareness and being a thought leader with the ability to execute scalable strategies that drive impactful results.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition for Ibrahima Alqurashi and its products through the use of PR, Product Marketing, Creative Services, Advertising, Strategic Relationships, Direct, Event, Channel and Online Marketing. In addition, to ensure the product is demand driven, the Marketing manager works with Product Development and Management to ensure the right mix of features, positioning and price. This position is also responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objective of sales, growth, profits, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning on a MENA and worldwide basis consistent with the corporate direction.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Strategy
Analyzing existing branding and marketing strategies and improving upon them.
Responsible for creating annual or biannual strategic and tactical marketing plans.
Establish goals and create strategy for meeting marketing deliverables and metrics; work with marketing directors to establish team and individual goals and metrics
Research & Information
Conduct and analyze market research to determine risk and marketability of potential products and product features. Supply information to appropriate personnel.
Responsible for competitive analysis, strategies and tactics.
Measure effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements.
Closely monitoring competitors’ successes and failures and learning from them.
Product, Direction, Competition
Determine market needs and generate product requirements and definition for development.
Responsible for the product(s) pricing, name, positioning, packaging, and definition.
Work with the Management to ensure production of appropriate box, collateral, sales, educational and merchandising materials.
Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
Marketing research, Marketing viability research and ensuring product’s in-market viability
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts.
Management & Training
Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
Leading a capable marketing team and delegating tasks fairly
Ensure timely and effective execution of the marketing tactics and programs.
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.
Lead and manage the following responsibilities and/or departments:
1) Direct Marketing,
2) Performance Marketing,
3) Advertising,
4) Online Marketing (website and social media),
5) Product Management,
6) Channel Marketing,
7) Event Marketing (trade shows), and
8) Creative Services.
Generate a monthly summary report and comprehensive quarterly and annual marketing report.
Ensure a consistent, fair and situational management style exists throughout the department.
Advertising
Work with the Ad Manager and/or agency to create the media schedule, negotiate the rates, prepare the deliverables and execute. Follow-up and measure the advertising campaign using print and online methods.
Strategic Partnering & Alliances
Participate in creating strategic partnerships, alliances and bundles that ensure Ibrahim Alqurashi is highly visible and properly positioned and referenced.
Collaborate with New Business Channel development team to explore new opportunities & partnerships
Offline / Retail Specific Marketing
Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
Work closely with retail departments and representatives to ensure prosper attention is given on how the brand is represented
Initiates retail-only marketing activations
Establish and nurture strategies that improve retail sales performances and data of customers and potential customers that can drive revenue
Analyzing and preparing reports of YOY and MOM growth specifically about retail with insights on how to improve performance in each region.
المهارات
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in related industry
5+ years of marketing leadership experience
Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
Experience in building brand awareness and recognition
You are a reputable marketing leader and an effective public speaker
Strong leadership and communication skills
You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
You are creative and innovative
You are customer-centric and can identify and meet customer needs
You have experience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives
You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
