Managing all day-to-day operations related to the restaurant, ensuring high quality products and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of a restaurant manager include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining restaurant profits, quality goals and running the restaurant efficiently, in addition to maintaining standards of production and customer service.
Hire qualified chefs, set work schedules, oversee food preparation and ensure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for commodities, kitchen appliances and cleaning products
Controlling operating costs and defining measures to reduce waste.
