Job Purpose
To strategize and streamline all admin activities to cater for employee needs in a professional manner with best in class services.
To deliver and execute services plans and project by following systematic approach to realize the maximum services output for employees and business. And to contribute to Panda main initiative in close alignment with stakeholders
Job Responsibilities
Admin Services
Manage all admin services are provided to employees through a one-stop contact point. Will be held accountable for the quality of the service.
- Manages the operation process
- Develop a Tracking system for all transactions and handover of documents (all transaction steps should be DOCUMENTED)
- Ensure personal employee data in the HRMS is updated.
- Work closely with HRMS IT manager to get the support needed for all admin issues.
- Execute other initiatives including employee survey. Employee self-service
- Manage time & attendance system Eltizam reporting and accuracy.
- Manage the process for iqama transfer & profession change and ensure agreed standards are met when processing requests.
Support Services
- Member of annual renewal committee based on medical insurance performance and claims optimization.
- Set office guidelines and monitor implementation.
- Manage all medical activity
- Manage all GOSI transactions
- Ensure that all new employees going through proper on-boarding process and all related documentation did probably (Baladya cards issued for all stores employees dealing with food, ID card issuance for HQ employees, enroll new employees in Medical, enroll new employees in GOSI..) to maintain working on time at stores
Administration
- Monitor agreed process for updating process documentation ensure all required documentation is in place and available.
- Generally, monitor issues/request and provide support to solve key issues. Set standard for managing requests.
- Approved all employees related deductions, and proceed with different payment Medical Invoices
- Manage internal Travel agency for maintaining ticketing and hotel for vacation or business trip
المهارات
Education
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Commerce
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to advise and persuade staff and on HR policy questions.
- Ability to use IT systems and software.
- Good understanding and command of Labor law.
- Minimum 8-10 years in related experience
- Professional communication in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of Retail business
