Ensure the Implementation & compliance of Mars Quality Management Process (QMP) in mars warehouse.
Responsible for the implementation of Material Quality Management (MQM): process that assures that delivered materials meet the specified quality, food safety and legal requirements at each stage from source to consumption.
Responsible for Hold/Release & Reject activities of RM, PM & FG.
Responsible for Q&FS;incidents in Mars warehouse.
Conduct periodic quality & food safety audits/checks for Internal & External Areas on monthly basis.
Responsible to ensure that quality & food safety trainings & inductions for all staff in related KEC operation warehouses is done.
Participating for Continuous Improvement in all KEC related warehouses.
Responsible for Hygiene/Housekeeping in RM, PM & FG storage areas.
Responsible for near misses & issues escalation procedure in the warehouse.
Responsible for nonconformance reporting & closure.
Ensure all required corrective actions are taken.
Responsible for scrapping preparation activities & support.
Responsible for documentation control for warehouse operation.
Responsible for staff health cards validation.
Responsible for material sampling activities in accordance to mars standards.
Responsible for materials verification, measurements & validation.
Provide needed support for traceability & ensure traceability standards are met.
Provide needed support in stock reconciliation process.
Provide support in needed data collection & analysis.
Assist Quality & Food Safety Manager during his absence.
المهارات
Education: Must have a degree food science: food Technology, Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or administration with quality qualification.
Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience within an R&D;/Quality environment is required.
Technical depth and knowledge of Quality Assurance systems, food safety & techniques and ISO systems is preferred.
Food Safety (HACCP), GMPs, Food Safety Risk Management, auditing and incident management experience is a must.
Capable of engaging with direct & indirect teams and individuals and able to motivate superiors, peers, indirect associates
