الوصف الوظيفي
Role Objective:
To prepare all equipment under maintenance proportionate with work team and carryout the daily tasks as scheduled. To ensure prompt usage of parts and consumables. To provide overall support to operations including: production, quality control, receiving supplies, mobilization/demobilization, plant safety and housekeeping.

OPERATIONAL

Coordinates and provides daily work assignments to mechanical maintenance team; reviews work and controls quality of work, may provide input on performance evaluations.
Assists in the implementation of garage policies and procedures.
Inspects automobiles, trucks, and related equipment to locate and determine the extent of necessary overhaul or repair.
Performs general overhaul and repair work on gasoline, diesel and propane powered engines.
Inspects, adjusts, and replaces necessary units and related parts including valves, hoses, belts and alternators.
Repairs cooling, fuel, electrical, and exhaust systems; tune engines using standard testing equipment.
Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains hydraulic systems.
Performs preventive maintenance work on all equipment & vehicles, including lubrication and oil changes.
Fabricates sand weld to repair equipment as necessary.
Maintains mobile workshop for emergency maintenance while breakdown of equipment, vehicles at sites or outside of workshop.
Maintains garage area and equipment clean and organized.
Manages inventory, order & control tools, supplies and materials for garage ,researches, compares, and locates parts, equipment, and vehicles.
Maintains records on all maintenance and repair work performed, track recalls, smog inspection dates, and warranties for all vehicles.
Coordinates delivery of materials/equipment and supplies, mobilization and demobilization.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
