Primary Objectives:

The position holder is accountable for efficient and effective Call off to ensure the operational continuity in close collaboration with the Planning coordinator and Planning manager.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Accountabilities:

Ensure assigned materials are ready and available for production as per plan to avoid operational disruption.

-Responsibilities:

Create purchasing plan of all materials thorough MRP for production.
Issue purchase orders and communicate delivery plans to assigned suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Update good receiving report in ERP system ensuring data accuracy.
Coordinates with Logistics to resolve material related delays and shortages
Create and update all MRP files and reports as and when required.

المهارات
Diploma holder in business administration or related field
Knowledge of Quality Control, knowledge of ISO/HACCP
Excellent computer literacy and application skills in desktop computing including, MS Outlook, MS Office applications and other commonly used office productivity tools within production.
Experience using ERP computer software applications is a plus;
Additional Requirements:

2 years of experience of production planning within FMCG
