Job Purpose:
The Supervisor is responsible for managing sales of Surgical & Urology unit within the defined geographic area by ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. The supervisor will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales.
Job Description - Principal Accountabilities/Key Results Area:
Sales responsibilities:
Handle own sales calls, demos, scrubs with surgeons and technically support the surgeon while using our product during a surgery.
Tenders/ quotations/follow-ups with purchasing In charge, end-users/ surgeons/ Biomedical engineers and nurses
Participating in conferences and demonstrating our product line in the marketing events
In-services given to the nursing staff
Meet customer needs as and when required by the customer even during weekends
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines and makes sure the unit meet its target
Preparing yearly Budget and Marketing expenses in coordination with the line manager
Forecast Monthly and Quarterly figures in relation to yearly Budget.
Collect weekly reports from Team on time
Delegate short targets for the team members.
Make sure that the team members achieve their targets
Manage team’s marketing budget
Approving the leaves, Perdiem and reimbursements of the team
Motivating Team members
Relation with principal companies:
Communication for technical support.
Communication for better pricing
Approaching new companies for new clients with the guidance of the Head of the Department.
Internal role:
Send bi- weekly reports to line manager about individual and team performance
Coordination with OSD for placing orders, follow up with store on delivery
Coordination with the service team to ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment’s
Coordination with finance for opening new accounts, submittal of Bank Guarantee and payment follow-up in case of delays
المهارات
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree -minimum
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in medical devices
Required Skills:
Sound technical knowledge about the human anatomy
Commercial awareness
Strong presentation skills
Goal orientated and Realistic
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Communication Proficiency
Time management
Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office
Good English language
Behavioral Capabilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills to close deals
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team as a good team player

Other Specifications:
Candidate should be based in KSA
KSA Driving license is required
