Well Known FMCG Company Based in Jeddah is Looking for Brand Engagement Manager with the below job duties:
Brand Engagement planing process leadership
Lead content creation and publishing on all platforms, including digital (website, social platforms, search, etc.) and ecommerce
Define, execute, measure and optimise digitial marketing activities (paid, owned, earned)
Develop and manage channel strategies, investment choices and communications plans
Track, measure, optimise and report results
Implement Data Journey
Engage with the Media and Advertising agencies, ensuring their capabilities are up to date, delivering on the business needs and raising the creative bar.
Lead content creation and publishing on all platforms, including digital (website, social platforms, search, etc.) and ecommerce.
Drive Performance Management/Anaytics
Support in setting learning goals/KPI for websites and digital activities.
Deliver Executional Excellence
Manage the Digital and Social budget. Manage agencies teams and vendors to ensure proper planning and execution.
Team and Agency management.
Actively foster collaboration across teams: Marketing, ecommerce, sales.
Data Transformation
Work with the center team on implementing the Data vision.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related field is preferred.
4-5 years of Agency and/or Client side experience, with relevant experience in integrated digital marketing (e-comm, digital, influencers, social media, SEO/SEM, websites, and CRM)
CPG or marketing experience required.
Broad agency and/or client side experience in integrated digital marketing (including e-comm, digital, social media, SEO/SEM, websites, and CRM)
Professional experience with a major digital platform (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and blogging, required); For example, know the difference between writing for Facebook vs. Twitter – or creating images for Instagram vs. Pinterest.
Strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources and offer creative marketing solutions . Experience with complex data environments, analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. and using behavioral analytics to evaluate success and inform priorities is a plus.
Strong influencing, communication and verbal and oral presentation skills; has the ability to tell a story from data.
Strong knowledge of web/digital technologies and services.
