Key Account Executive

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Achievement of Abbar Foods volume/value targets by brand, by category by Customer
Insure implementation of Brand Strategy Plans across all categories.
Maintain costs within budget.
Analyse and evaluate performance against plan and take corrective actions as requires.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly promotional activity with his customers.
Develop and maintain professional relationship with senior management of the KA.
Provide supervision through field visits, in all outlets, ensuring the BDA implementation.
Ensure effective communication between AF Management and the KA. 
Prepare Monthly Quarterly and end of year business reviews.
Maintain up to date knowledge of trade, trends and competition.
Achievement of KPIs. And Monthly Sales Target,
Ensure management is updated on relevant issues.
Ensuring sharing of information and best practice within Abbar.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, instructions and directives.
Job Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years KA Sales experience, strong sales background.

Attitude:

Achievement focus /result oriented.
Strong personality and character
Positive, energetic and proactive.
Hands on /involved.
Team work (Cross Functional)
Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple priorities.
Knowledge:

Full understanding of company objectives, strategies and culture.
Strong knowledge of the KA Sales, competition and the competitive environment
