الوصف الوظيفي Job requirements: · Lead the development of methods and procedures to cover project planning, Project cost estimating, project cost control, and project budget preparation and getting it approved by the management. · Analysis of the project Schedule using critical path methodology; generating Performance measurement monthly report for the management team; interfacing \with project technical staff and engineering department to define scope of work, Baseline changes variance analysis and implementation of corrective action. · Analysing Planning and control schedules and periodical update of the status of the project. · Day to Day interaction with Vendor/ consultants for quoting the tenders · Preparation of Project Management Plans (Scope, Time and Cost estimates) within one month of start of project and getting approval from Management · Analysis detailed tender synopsis (technical and commercial) · Study the contract clauses, local issues and visit the site · To Monitor, Monthly Progress Reports, recommend changes and improvement to the Project Manager / Project Team, this report is to include the following: · Materials and Sub-Contractors Tracking Schedules · Monitoring Projects S Curves & Histograms · Monitoring Plan / Target Vs Actual and Forecast reports · Monitoring Weekly / Monthly site progress reports · Checking & Tracking of RA Bill for Vendors · Monitoring Documentation of the project · Monitoring progress of work of project المهارات · 5 years in Planning and Billing of Client, PRW, preparing of Master Construction programme and monitoring/tracking the Same. · Good supervisory and interpersonal skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/quantity-surveyor-4201333/ |
