Manage and monitor the organization’s performance management policies, procedures and system which ensure that the organization is able to attract, retain and motivate the associates with the appropriate skills and experiences so that the organization is able to achieve its business objective.
Developing the communication of Performance Management System to ensure the systems are well accepted and understood by the associates through the conduct of induction programme on Performance Management to newly appointed line managers and new hire associates.
Improve and manage the Performance Management System through regular review and updating of the manual to align with the reward philosophy of the organization.
Build and sustain high levels of engagement in his team by setting clear standards of performance, motivating them, monitoring performance, giving specific constructive feedback regularly for developmental purposes and aligning the team to organizational goals.
Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local performance management strategies that are appropriate for the business needs but consistent with the organisation’s overall reward and performance management strategy.
Coordinating the performance management process with different departments to ensure consistency across the organization and advise the line manager on the performance rating distribution statistics.
Manage the preparation of the performance rating distribution statistics across the organization, annually and bi-annually, by compiling all departments performance appraisal regularly.
Review and monitor the business KPI and competencies to be used in the Performance Management System by compiling and analyzing the associate competencies and functional skills assessment outcome and results.
Monitor and review the performance rating criteria to ensure that a reward by performance philosophy is adhered as per approved policy.
Manage, mentor and develop associates and ensure they are provided opportunities for development and that career paths and succession plans are charted out through a Succession/ Progression Development Interventions.
المهارات
• Personnel and Human Resources: Basic knowledge of principles and procedures in personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
• Sound knowledge of performance management and its best practices.
• Administration and Management: Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
• English Language: Fluent knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Degree in HR or business administration, Masters Degree would be preferable
• HR certifications will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years working experience in performance management particularly with multinational companies which 2 years must be at management level
