Role & Responsibilities:

Manage client and server operating systems, network devices, security devices/software, and applications.
Maintain documentation for managed systems, network devices, security devices/software, and applications.
Follow established policies and standard operating procedures.
Provide “Tier 3” support to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.

Required with TRANSFERABLE IQAMA for non-Saudi
Education and Training:

Bachelor’s degree or higher and approximately seven (7) years of IT work experience.
IT certification (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco) preferred.
Work Experience:

Extensive experience with TCP/IP networking.
Significant experience with managing Windows client and server operating systems and applications.
Significant experience with managing network devices (e.g. switches, routers). Experience with Cisco and HPE switches and routers preferred.
Experience with managing security devices/software (firewalls, endpoint protection, NAC, etc.)
Familiarity with system and network security concepts and best practices.
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment.
Successful candidates must be available to travel outside of their assigned office location at least 50% of the time, plus commute within the region (where public transportation often is not available).
Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
