ماهي وظيفة مدير انتاج؟

مدير الجودة هو المسؤول عن التنظيم والإشراف على تصنيع المنتجات وكذلك هو المسؤول عن سير العمل داخل خطوط الإنتاج المختلفة والإشراف على جودة المنتجات لذلك تتطلب الوظيفة الي الخبرة في إجراءات الإنتاج والقدرة على توجيه الموظفين لتحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة ويساعد على تقديم الحلول المختلفة للمشكلات الخاص بعمليات الإنتاج بما يساعد ضمان عملية تصنيع فعالة وتلبي متطلبات العملاء.

المهام الوظيفية لمهنة مدير انتاج:

تحديد الاحتياجات من الموارد البشرية اللازمة للعمل في قسم الإنتاج والمشاركة في اختيار العاملين في القسم وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لكل فرد وتدريبهم وتحفيزهم على العمل، والمشاركة في عملية التقييم للأفراد.
التواصل مع مديري الأقسام لتحديد استراتيجية العمل والأهداف المطلوبة.
تقدير التكاليف وإعداد الميزانيات الخاصة بعملية الإنتاج.
تنظيم سير العمل لتلبية المواصفات المطلوبة والإشراف على تحديد المواعيد النهائية للتسليم.
مراقبة الإنتاج وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بعملية الإنتاج.
لأشراف على اداء الموظفين الإنتاج والجودة وجميع العاملين في قسم الانتاج.
تحديد الموارد اللازمة مثل حجم العمالة والمواد الخام وجميع متطلبات عملية الإنتاج.
الاشراف على اعمال الصيانة وشراء المعدات المطلوبة لتشغيل القسم.
التأكد من تطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية في المصنع.
متابعة أعمال الصيانة في صالة الإنتاج من قبل المختصين ورفع التقارير بشأن الصيانة أو استبدال المعدات الغير صالحة.
مراقبة وضمان إخراج منتجات تلبي معايير الجودة.
الإشراف على تنفيذ إجراءات الاحتياطات الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية.
إعداد التقارير الدورية وتقديمها الى الادارة العليا. تحديد الاحتياجات من المواد الخام وإعداد الطلبيات الخاصة بمدخلات العمليات الإنتاجية (موارد أولية و مواد أساسية و معدات ، ...إلخ. ورفعها إلى إدارة المشتريات.
تقييم سير عمليات الإنتاج وإجراء التغييرات اللازمة التي تهدف إلى تحسين نوعية الإنتاج وتقليل الوقت والجهد والتكلفة.
تقديم التقارير بكل ما يتعلق بسير العمليات الإنتاجية والانجازات والاخفاقات إلى الإدارة العليا.
رفع التوصيات فيما يتعلق بالثواب والعقاب بناء على تقييم الأداء للعاملين.

What is the job of a production manager?

The Quality Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising the manufacture of products, and he is responsible for the workflow within the different production lines and supervising the quality of the products. Therefore, it requires a job of experience in production procedures and the ability to guide employees to achieve the required goals and helps to provide different solutions to special problems and production processes in a way that helps Ensure efficient manufacturing process and meet customers’ requirements.

Job tasks for a production manager career:

Determine the human resource requirements needed to work in the production department, participate in selecting employees in the department, determine the training needs of each individual train them and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process.
Communicate with department managers to determine the business strategy and goals required.
Estimate costs and prepare budgets for the production process.
Organizing the work progress according to the required specifications and supervising setting the deadlines for delivery.
Monitor production and solve problems related to the production process.
To supervise the performance of production and quality personnel and all workers in the production department.
Determine the necessary resources such as the size of labour and raw materials and all requirements of the production process.
Supervising maintenance and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department.
Ensures that OSH standards are applied in the factory.
Follow-up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and submit reports on maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment.
Monitor and ensure the production of products that meet quality standards.
Supervising the implementation of precautions concerning occupational health and safety.
Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the senior management. Define the requirements for raw materials and prepare orders for production process inputs (raw resources, basic materials, equipment, etc.), and submit them to the Procurement Department.
Evaluating the progress of production processes and making the necessary changes that have to improve the quality of production and reduce time, effort and cost.
Submit reports on everything related to the progress of production operations, achievements and failures to the senior management.
Lifting and considered in relation to reward and punishment based on the performance evaluation of workers.
