To manage, administer, diversify and control the credit risk of the company in a manner which enables maximizing opportunity while minimizing the inherent risk involved.
Key Job Responsibilities include but not restricted to,
Key performance area 1: Customer Satisfaction
*Establish and maintain professional courteous relationship with the customers, members, suppliers and partners, in liaison with the other department of company to achieve our business objectives.
*Ensure the information flow process is timely, consistent and fair in the business.
Key performance area 2: Business Performance
*Collecting and analyzing all relevant information (including customer analyses, financials, competitors and the industry sector).
*Complete credit survey, highlighting the risks and mitigants to Finance Manager.
*Maintain an accurate record of credit control activities within the computerized system.
*Maintain grouped dealers under ABC categories on various criteria.
*Authorize transactions within the scope of the credit policy, and refer other transaction to the Finance Manager.
*Issuing and follow up of monthly salesmen wise collection target.
*To achieve targeted average debtors days by eliciting the cooperation of customers and settling their debts promptly, after excluding special approvals sanctioned by the management.
*Providing aged debtor reports to management on a monthly basis or as requested.
*Dealing with problem invoices to facilitate payment and sending out copy invoices as requested.
*Dealing with legal representative and follow up of legal cases.
*Dealing with auditors for debtor’s related matters.
*Keeping track of missing invoices.
*Processessing goods return and credit notes.
*Compile, analyse and summarize financial information to prepare analytical statements and reports for individual departments and the company as a whole in accordance with financial reporting standards.
*Preparation of monthly Management Report along with suitable comments.
*Assist the Finance Manager in all external and internal audit related matters.
*Preparation of Financial Forecast Budget and its related working.

*Effective communication of all relevant financial business information to the stakeholders.
*Developing effective relationships at all levels within the company so as to be able to provide appropriate business support where necessary.
*Ability to initiate, follow up and achieve tasks / objectives of the department.

*Able to promote high level of planning, organizing and communication of financial business related issues.
*Proactively seek and follow best practices for the betterment of the company.
*Able to provide functional expertise and execute operational responsibilities.

Minimum 5 years experience of Credit Management in Dealer Market from Home Appliances Industry
