Responsible for the project, technically and administratively, fully responsible for the implementation of all work included in the contract and how to manage it.
Manage all contract requirements and estimate all the resources required (materials - human resources) to complete the contract in the contract period and the time period to end all maintenance and cleaning work during the contract period.
Managing costs by identifying project costs and trying to reduce costs and achieve the highest profitability without affecting the level of service provided by the company to the customer.
Determine the best ways to provide all types of maintenance and cleaning services to reach the highest level of service at the lowest cost.
Ensuring that all machines reach the working standards upon which the facility was received.
Ensure that appropriate preventive maintenance is performed for all equipment on time.
Organizing the team to make sure everything works around the clock.
Respond immediately to any emergency breakdowns occurring around the clock.
Organizing in preparing preventive maintenance schedules for all devices and equipment.
Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems.
Training new employees on maintenance procedures.
Defining and selecting CVs to choose the highly efficient elements within the agreed salary limits while raising the current level of employment in addition to placing the project’s workers in the appropriate place according to their capabilities and salary.
Develop written policies to communicate with the actual project management and facility management.
Manage and direct all daily preventive maintenance procedures as per PPM, curative maintenance and follow-up EQUIPMENT CHECK CAR.
Managing matters related to procurement and supplies by identifying and examining the materials to be purchased for the project and the criteria for purchase, quantities, prices and receipt of materials in accordance with the requirement.
Responsible for project management from human resources (engineers - supervisors - technicians - cleaning workers - warehouses).
المهارات
Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
5 - 10 years of total experience as a Project Maintenance and Operation Manager, 3 years inside the Kingdom in maintenance projects and operation of hospitals or sports cities and hotels.
Knowledge of reading the project’s established drawings (AS BUILT)
Relevant experience in maintenance of lc ,lv ,mv (Electrical engineer).
The ability to work under pressure .
The ability to control project workers.
Demonstrate effective personal skills in the work environment in terms of the ability to create solutions and come up with creative ideas.
Proficiency in MS Office programs (word –excel –powerpoint) - all experience in data analysis programs.
