During the program they will be performing learning exercises, work on projects & develop initiatives that will add to their knowledge and later on they will have the chance to present their work to senior level management to gain insight & feedback from experienced managers & directors. In addition to the above, the future leaders will be a high priority when it comes to training programs such as situational leadership, mentoring and change management. Qualifications Job Requirements Please note that we are looking for candidate for the YLP program with the
following criteria:
Demonstrated standard of excellence (GPA, extracurricular
accomplishments).
Demonstrate leadership potential
University level graduate at minimum (Mechanical Engineering and
Electrical Engineering)
To successfully pass the competency based interview (LEM) by the
Talent Acquisition Team.
To successfully pass the technical interview by the business
Prefer candidate with two years of experience but not older than 28 years old. Additional Information
