Job Purpose / Responsibilities —
• Achieving sales targets through selling to customers in the designated area! market.
• we have ambitious growth targets and it can be achieved through effective sales people who can identify and target prospective customers with our product offerings.
Key Accountabilities
• Identify project opportunities in the market.
• Interact with decision makers to approve our product range for the projects
• Understand and interpret customer requirements of projects and distributors, Provide appropriate solutions within the product portfolio
• Receive customer complaints and claims, register with CSD and investigate as directed.
• On time delivery to Customers
• Credit Collection.
• Location visits to follow up on customers and existing/ future opportunities.
• Generate sales reports reflecting sales and visits.
• Collect and report Market Intelligence to RSM
IMS Responsibility:
• Ensures compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS), in line with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, with emphasis on compliance and continuous improvements. Authority:
To halt performing the activity and inform his superiors , in case of any issues related to quality, environment & safety
Accountability:
Accountability for above orientation responsibility
Relevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:
• 2-4 years of Industrial Sales experience preferred.
• Engineering Graduate ( Civil Mechanical preferred)
