Diagnostic Sales & Application Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
The main role will be a technical / Scientific Application Specialist for the company product range which includes Semi and Fully Automated Instruments of Haematology, Clinical Chemistry, ELISA and CLIA.

The candidate will support our sales team with the technical queries, help apply new tests to the analyzers, train our customers and provide input for product development.

المهارات
1- The candidate should have a minimum of 5years tracking record in sales and application with the semi and fully automated laboratory instruments of Clinical Chemistry, ELISA, CLIA and Hematology Lines.

2- Must Submit an achieved tracking record of his sales and application performance.

3- Plan his work schedules on a monthly and weekly basis with the time table in coordination with the company’s Sales team and discuss it with the sales Manager.

4- Assist our Engineers in the process of installation and application training for our customers.

5- Process customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints ensuring a timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

6- Provide our customers with the required training, necessary materials, data analysis, and troubleshooting directions.

7- Monitor the competitors in the market and their sales and marketing activities and give feedback to the management.

8- The position requires traveling on a frequent basis within the kingdom.

9- Excellent communication skills with good command in both written and spoken English.

10- Strong Teamwork and networking skills.

11- Leadership personality.

12- Computer Skills with basic IT Skills.
