We are looking for great people to join our new and exciting Fitness Club in the member services team. The Member Services team are the first people our members ever meet and usually the last people they meet in each visit, so you are sooooo important to us!
- Key responsibilities:
1- Find people excited to join us! Participate in external events and get people excited to become part of our fitness family (Generating Interest in the Business).
2- Follow these relationships and help get them started on their fitness journey (Making a Sale).
3- Make sure you are always ready with your smile and some encouragement each and every time a member enters (Be awesome on reception).
4- Be up to date on all our services and information and be ready to assist a member with their questions and queries resolve their issues and challenges. (Great Product Knowledge).
5- Do everything we can to keep a member as long as we can so they can achieve their goals. (Retention of the members).
