Assist the Head of marketing in the development of a detailed long and short term marketing strategies, execution and plans that aims to support the property management
Assist the Malls Marketing Manager in preparing Marketing Strategy/ budget for Kinan malls to malls functional heads covering the strategy for branding, positioning of mall and plan the annual budget, promotion and events as well as marketing income.
Meet agreed marketing related KPIs for the mall in alignment with the concerned department managers and generate different reports to management.
Execute annual plans for marketing campaigns/events by briefing / following up with specialized agencies and coordinating with mall management to ensure successful implementation of plan in order to enhance brand image of the mall.
Build business partnership relation with tenants by conducting regular visits to get feedback on event efficiency as well as relationship with agencies and media to secure excellent deals/ execution of future plans.
Monitor competitors marketing activities in term of promotions, events, media and other initiatives to ensure that the mall is positioned ahead of competition.
