الوصف الوظيفي Role Title:General Manager – Talent Management Reporting Relationships: Senior General Manager Department: Talent Management & Leadership Development Location: Jeddah Role Purpose: Responsible for the assessment and selection process, planning, delivering and evaluating Succession-Progression-Development (SPD) initiatives talent pools. SUBSTANTIAL OBLIGATIONS IPE Factor: Impact: Nature and scope of influence a position has on its area of responsibility/ operation. Key Activities: Communication: Position’s responsibility for communications both within and outside the organization. Key Activities: • Manage the construction and maintenance of the Talent inventory. IPE Factor: Innovation: Identify, develop and make ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. Key Activities: • Build internal capacity and capability of department for effective implementation of SPD initiatives. BUSINESS METRICS Financial KPI’s: · ROI on performance scores Non – Financial KPI’s: · No. of associates with high performance scores · No. of associates covered in the assessment centers · No. of associates promoted internally QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (IPE KNOWLEDGE) Knowledge: · Principles of personnel selection, training and development · Organisational Development · Organisational Behaviour and Talent Management · Principles of Psychology · Leadership Theories · Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources Education: Minimum 2nd Class Upper Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Psychology or equivalent from an accredited institution.
