Job Purpose: Contribute to sales improvements and higher customer satisfaction to achieve revenue targets. Introducing, launching and maximizing sales in existing / new products or services in existing / new markets. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients to satisfy their requirements in acceptable time frames Account abilities: 1.Preparing and follow up on offers, tenders and all applicable documentation until orders are secured. 2. Maintain relationships with customers to ensure that customer satisfaction and customer base is continuously increased. 3. Develop new sales initiatives in consultation with the Manager and prospect for new business opportunities and to increase sales volumes. 4. Negotiate terms of sale agreements, variations in price, credit terms, delivery and specifications, and close sales transactions in accordance with approved company policy and procedures. 5. Calculate appropriate costs and align superiors as per matrix and provide customers with quotations. 6. Demonstrate good knowledge of the market to provide inputs to the sales panning process. 7. Focal point of customer complaint/ customer feedback to ensure all customer issues and needs are resolved and anticipated respectively 8. Coordinate with other departments like technical services, applications, marketing, research and intelligence to ensure that all relevant customer demands are proper communicated across company 9. Handle existing customer accounts and act as a focal point for all their queries.
