Financial Controller

Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven and confident Financial Controller to manage and improve our organization’s financial performance and direct our accounting operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
- Develop and recommend an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the Corporation’s long term strategy.
- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Corporation.
- keep the corporate aware of the financial position and financial development of the Corporation.
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
- Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the Corporation.
- Oversee the Corporation’s processes for identifying, assessing and managing the principal risks of the Corporation’s business.
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
- Ensure compliance with the law and the company’s policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in finance management (5-10 yrs)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong analytical skills
- Strategic Planning
- Forecasting revenue
- Superb Communication Skills
