Project Control Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Follow up Project resource plan and progress report weekly and monthly.

1. Maintain project methodology baseline and variances from standard practices
2. Assist project manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, budgets, cash flows, and preliminary schedules
3. Maintain and retrieve lessons learned
4. Identification progress metrics
5. Conduct trend analysis on the progress
6. Collect and validate information on a periodic or continuous basis
7. Prepare and distribute reports
8. Prepare project schedule and maintain schedule status based on reported progress
9. Ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of the site based activities.
10. Supervise and report of progress, cost and efficiency values to project management.
11. ensure that weekly and monthly progress reports are transmitted to the appropriate persons on site.
12. Ensure all materials necessary are on-site and take any action necessary to maintain this status.
13. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure interface problems are avoided and maximum work quality achieved.
14. Follow up the Project resource plan and control report
15. Ensure the preparation required action plan to meet the project schedule
16. Ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented to meet the project schedule.
17. Suggest corrective and preventive actions required to face the expected obstacles that delay or may delay the project plan/schedule

المهارات
Practical extensive experience in planning and scheduling.
Expertise in project controls and planning tools.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
Team player with a willingness to share ideas with multi-disciplinary team members.
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Good numerical, analytical and literacy skills with strong attention to detail.
Possess good planning and organizational skills and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
