Finance Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
Maintains an accounting system.
Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
Reviews financial reports.
Prepares financial forecasts.
Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Assists management to make financial decisions.
Supervises employees.
Investigates means to improve profitability.
Reviews and processes payments of the company.
Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Professional certification like CMA, CPA, CA and strong technical accounting background.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in managing the accounting department, preferably in steel fabrication or construction industry.
Will demonstrate leadership qualities to lead finance team.
Must have experience and be able to demonstrate proficiency with ERP applications as well as Microsoft Office software.  BAAN and MS Dynamics experience a plus.
Should be hands-on, be a self-starter, disciplined, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high volume environment that requires uncompromising accuracy and timeliness.
Have well-developed analytic and problem-solving skills
Have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Should exhibit strong People service skills when dealing with customers, Supplier and company personnel at all levels
